FAQs
Yes. This course is accredited by APMG International. It is an ideal 'starter' for anyone going on to the BCS Business Analyst Diploma.
To be honest, the experienced BA is likely to get a bit bored if you have been exposed to all the various models. Do a skills gap analysis or S.W.O.T. and compare to the syllabus.
Probably not the best course as the BA could fit into any of the Scrum roles. The Product Owner course would be a good fit. Alternatively, SCRUMStudy ® developed a tailored scrum approach specifically for project management.
