Roles, Responsibilities and Stakeholder Engagement
- Know and understand the roles, responsibilities and team structures within an Agile Programme.

Quality Management
- Know the aspects and outputs of Quality and Configuration Management in an Agile Programme
- Understand the requirements and outputs of Quality Management in an Agile Programme, specifically the purpose of process quality reviews
Products
Know and understand the artefacts (products) required to support an Agile Programme and how each artefact contributes to the lifecycle
Other programme management and project management methodologies are considerably overwhelmed by the generation of documents, Agile Programme Management is built on Lean – that is reducing waste.Â
Learners will create these products, gaining an understanding of the importance of each, and how to co-design with stakeholders.
